busy day, Walk 10k!
Spent the afternoon and evening with my girl! Went to lunch and did errands! But the most important errands were her passport and sending out @Sunnyag's package!
We got all the way down there and headed over to the post office... And ....
LABOR DAY! 😂😂😂😂
HOW did we forget that????
So now we have to go BACK down on Wednesday to do those things!
It's ok...we are.used to driving down but we really wanted to get those things complete!
Oh well!
The rest of the night was watching a movie with her and taking care of Griff...as he got a killer migraine today! 😞
I hate seeing my boy in pain but we got him all fixed up!
Pretty happy I didn't have to take another night off! I want to keep that last day off for when I really really need it!
That's my night folks! Hope yours was awesome!!! How did you do @hillarypowers

Hmmm so my post office reminded you about your post office 😁 I hope you enjoyed those cotton candies that were sent to you on my way to the post office. Killing 3 birds with one stone? Passport, post office, and the walk 👍 Congrats for being on the list of engagement and the big reward!
Hehe. Mother and daughter looking great! Nice to see your faces again!
I'm yet to make a report but I got 10k yesterday too! I guess our little encouragement thing is a good motivation.
So sorry to hear about Griff nothing worse than seeing one of your kids ill
Labor Day also caught me out but mine was a shorter drive
Have a great day
yeah he was SO sick.
but he and I both get migraines - so we have this way that when one of us is really in pain - the other automatically takes care!
hehehe
so i made sure he had pills and a drink, a nice dark room ( i told him to go lay down on my bed - something about mom's bed always helps! heheh) got him some ice for his neck and for his eyes, and then some essential oils across his forehead.
in about 5 minutes he was feeling a drop in the pain - and about 20 minutes later - he was asleep - and then 2 hours later i woke him up and he had almost all pain gone.
this morning i checked on him again before work and gave him strict instructions to drink lots of water all day hehehehe
thats my boy!!!
Sounds like you know how to deal with them glad he is feeling better 🙏

Looks like you two enjoyed the day, those smiles are contagious, but not in a pandemic kind of way 😄. Hope your little one is feeling better soon.
Even though I've been abroad almost 15 years, I still know Labor Day is the best chance for me to reach many loved ones on the phone.
oh my little one is not so little hehehehe he is about a foot taller than me and about to turn 21 hehehehe
but he is still my baby!!! hehehehehe
