I guess you'll guess that it looks like some kind of game, but what game? :)) Did you ever play anything similar?

answer from chatgpt, TLDR:

Moara is a traditional board game that is also known by several other names such as Nine Men's Morris or Mills. It is an old game that is believed to have originated in ancient Rome and has been played in various forms throughout Europe and other parts of the world for centuries.

The game is played on a board with a grid of 24 points connected by lines. Each player has nine pieces that they place on the board, and the goal is to form "mills" - three pieces in a row on a straight line. When a mill is formed, the player can remove one of their opponent's pieces from the board.

Once all of a player's pieces are on the board, they can move them to adjacent points along the lines, with the goal of creating new mills and removing their opponent's pieces. The game continues until one player is unable to make a move, or until one player is reduced to only two pieces.
