Beautiful pic! A question though......I notice no weeds or anything growing except grass around the trees. Is it clear of other vegetation because it's a hay meadow, or is it something else? It's beautiful; certainly better than our forests with all the blackberries and stinging nettle!

Those areas are grazed by sheep and cows, also in many places if the grass gets taller people cut it and make it into hay.
