These "modern" trains are not noisy enough to get your attention and it looks like people at railway crossings without sound signals in town often forget their responsibilities as drivers to look left and right and give way to a train. This one had a "happy" ending as no one got hurt.

It’s way more common than I ever realized….🙄
My son worked for the Burlington Northern Railroad several years back, and he told me they have fatalities about once a week!😬

Wow! However, the car got hurt.....VERY hurt! The train fared better.

Our son used to work for the Burlington Norther Santa Fe railroad, and the amount of things that the trains end up hitting is amazingly and sad as well. Folks often choose to end their lives this way.

I'm glad no one was injured.
