The choice is simple yet complicated. If you could only choose one, would you go for pancakes or baked sandwiches? I discovered a new term today. I wanted to write that the pancakes are filled with jam, but jam contains sugar. This filling has no sugar at all in it and it's made from prunes, so I found out that it's called "prune butter" - sweet and tangy at the same time, like marmalade. It goes well with pancakes and maybe a cup of milk.
