My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2023

Today was a pretty typical Monday. At work I spent a lot of time at my desk drafting reports and answering emails. Mondays are always hard to get back in the swing of things and I was especially tired today.

I did however make time to go for a walk. I'm really continuing to appreciate setting aside sometime each day to be physically active. I think it's helpful for my overall energy and my mental health.

As usual, my walk was around the duck pond. It wasn't very hot today which was a nice break from last week. I got to see the goslings, they're growing up pretty fast, but they're still super cute :-) Hope you enjoy the photos from today's walk.
