My Actifit Report Card: November 30 2023
Hey Actifiters!
Today was kind of a dreary day. At least compared to earlier in the week. It was cold and cloudy and a little bit rainy. Not the rain that's like so hard that you don't want to be outside, but just enough of a drizzle that I had an umbrella half the time I was outside.
Funny how the weather in the season can kind of affect my mood too. It almost just seems like with the dreary weather I'm struggling a bit today. Between stuff happening at home and work, it's been a pretty exhausting week and it's not over yet!
I did manage to get a walk in, not as long as I would have liked. After a while I just got so cold I wanted to head back to the office. But something's better than nothing :-)
