My Actifit Report Card: December 26 2023

Hey Actifiters!
Happy Tuesday!

Another day back to work for me. Hopefully some of you out there are getting to enjoy some extra time off around the holidays. Don't get me wrong I'm grateful for the 3-day weekend I had. It just went by too fast. But don't they always seem to do that?

Month end is December 31st. One of the rare times that fiscal month end actually lines up with the calendar month end. Anyways that means work this week actually continues to be quite busy. I didn't feel like I should get away from my desk due to work. However, I was so tired I knew I needed it so I did step away for a walk.

It was quite the foggy day, but nevertheless nice to be outside and active. As I look forward to the new year coming. It has me thinking about trying to make some changes with my physical health. I'm not much of one for New Year's resolutions. So I don't know that I'll get that formal about it. But I think maybe setting some goals and having something to work towards would be good. I'll be 40 in about 2 years, and I definitely can feel that I'm not as young as I used to be. It has me wanting to do what I can to take better care of my body.

Cheeto sure seemed exhausted today :-)
