My Actifit Report Card: February 5 2024
Happy Monday Actifiters!
So, last week it was unseasonably warm for the end of January. This week the weather has decided to snap back to Winter and it is considerably colder.
I still managed to make the time for a walk, though I wish I had bundled up a little bit more as I was a little chilly. It wasn't raining though, so I will take what I can get. It was nice to get outside for a bit, step away from my desk, and be active.
I saw a few more things blooming in my walk - I can't believe it. Seems way too early.
In total, my walk was over a mile. So that's not too bad for a midday work break.
