My Actifit Report Card: February 13 2024
Hey Actifiters!
What a beautiful day! It was today in Southern Oregon. The sun was shining most of the day. So, I just had to get out for a walk. I couldn't pass up such a beautiful day. It was a little bit chilly but the sun certainly kept me warm.
I picked up a little cold over the weekend, so I've been feeling a bit under the weather yesterday and today. It's one of those things that at times would make me not want to do anything to be active with the excuse that I'm tired. But what I found today is that getting out and being active boosted my energy. I'm thinking it was a combination of the beautiful sunshine and physical activity that was beneficial for both my body and mind. Such a good reminder to continue my commitment to stay active as much as I can.
Plus with a beautiful place like Southern Oregon, how can I pass up this scenery:
My walk ended up being just over 1.5 miles which seems pretty good to me!
