My Actifit Report Card: April 22 2025

Hey Actifiters!

It was another beautiful day in the Rogue Valley! I got the opportunity to take my kids to school this morning. It's usually my Tuesday morning routine and something I really enjoy as it gives me some additional time with my kids. I'm thankful to have a job that allows me a flexible schedule.

Speaking of which, I was able to take a late lunch today, get out for a walk, and enjoy some sunshine.

More flowers are starting to bloom as well, so it's starting to turn into a really pretty walk.

I'm back to trying to push myself a little bit on the walk today - I managed to get 1.4 miles in which was a good bit of activity :)
