My Actifit Report Card: July 16 2025

Hey Actifiters!

It was a scorcher today. Temperatures in Medford today at 99°. Thankfully I was mindful of that and took an early lunch break to go for a walk. I've been really enjoying the path through the ballpark Fields across the street from my work. There's not as much wildlife, but it's a nice change of pace from what I have been walking. It's giving me some different scenery and I like the wide open paths

Sadly, wildfires are burning and the smoke is starting to pick up. Hopefully they'll be able to get the fires under control and that will reduce the smoke. Otherwise, it could start building up and make it so that I can't walk outside. But I'll just take that as it comes and still look for ways to be active.
