A Beautiful Fall Day - My Actifit Report Card: October 15 2025

Hey Actifiters!

Today was as beautiful as yesterday. It was cold and clear with the sun shining. I took my lunch break a little later in the day. Trying to let things warm up a bit. With the Sun out though, it was really quite an enjoyable walk.

One of the things I noticed today more than other days for some reason was the smell. Being outside just has this fresh smell to it so often. Where I was walking a mix of grass, dirt, and trees. It seems weird to talk about it, but it was refreshing. As being out in the fresh air was rejuvenating to my body, it was also a balm for my mind.
I really enjoy walking outside. Even though most of the time I'm walking the same paths, just being outside is a blessing. It often gives me time to think, meditate, and pray. It becomes a time to recenter myself in a way.

I was grateful for the beautiful day and the time to get the fresh air and sunshine. As fall marches on, it's beautiful to see the leaves change colors.

Today was another step in the right direction for my health. I encourage you all to do what you can to stay active. Every little bit counts!
