Sunny Day - My Actifit Report Card: November 20 2025

Hey Actifiters!

It sure was cold last night and this morning, but I think that was because of the mainly clear skies. It meant that today has been beautifully sunny almost all day. I sure do enjoy the weather in the Rogue valley. It is so beautiful here most of the year.

I had spent most the day at my desk even through my lunch. So I decided that I needed to get up and get some steps in and get up from my desk so I took my lunch late in the afternoon. It was really nice to get some activity and sunshine. Helpful for me to finish out my day at work.
