Slowing down to recover - My Actifit Report Card: November 26 2025
Hey Actifiters!
This week has been busy at work and on top of that I still have some back and knee problems from the weekend. I'm thankful that my back has been starting to feel better, but it's still inhibiting some of my movements and I've been trying to take it easy. I also clearly did something to my left knee which has been feeling out of whack for the past several days. I tried just resting it. But it doesn't seem to really change, so today I tried a bit of light activity. I took my lunch break walk and and I'll be it slowly. Got some steps in today. It felt nice to enjoy this Sunshine and we'll see. Hopefully keeping moving will help sort out some of these injuries. Nothing makes me feel older than injuries just from doing day-to-day life that take so long to recover from. But I'm trying to make the best of it. And think about ways that I can take care of my body as I heal. And look at some exercises and stretches to help me prevent injury in the future.
