Saturday Training - My Actifit Report Card: May 9 2026
Hey Actifiters!
Well I have started what I hope is something I continue into a longer habit. This morning I got up and decided I would go for a run, though I admit, I'm using that word loosely. I'm not in good enough shape to go for a full out run. So I downloaded an app that sets up a running plan to be able to go farther distances from being out of shape like I am. It was overall 30 minutes of activity in an interval style training. It was both hard and enjoyable

They really showed me how out of shape I am, which is a bit depressing but also kind of motivating. I also spent a little bit of time looking at the rogue marathon which is in Medford. There's no way I could handle the marathon, but they have a 10K that I am considering.
Then once I got back to the house it was a bit of a lazy morning with the fam at first that we did some yard work.
I have to say it felt really good working out, and my overall energy level today was much better than it's been in a long time. That thankfully helps reinforce that I want to exercise like this more often.
