Week 2 On Track - My Actifit Report Card: May 18 2026

Happy Monday Actifiters!

I had a pretty busy weekend, Eliza had a baseball game on Saturday and I did quite a bit of yard work and a few other chores on Saturday so I was certainly active. Sunday was a little more low-key, which was nice. Definitely felt like I needed a little bit of a break. I had thought about posting Saturday or Sunday, but I'm giving myself the freedom to let some days go from posting. And instead just put out some recaps the next time I post. So that's why I'm mentioning it here 🙂

I was able to get up early enough today to go for a run. It was really challenging to get up and it was rather cold so the beginning of my run was tough. But, it felt good to continue the progress that I started last week.

Unfortunately my left knee has been pretty chronically bothering me in some way or another. Thankfully it's not painful most of the time, but rather is just achy and I can definitely tell that something is off. I was talking with Sasha about it this morning and through that kind of realized I need to schedule a doctor's appointment. I keep praying that it'll heal on its own, but there's something still out of whack, and I just hope it's nothing serious.

Well after sitting a lot today I decided I needed to get moving. Even though I went for run this morning, I thoughta short midday walk would do me good and try and keep my knee moving. Generally, it seems to feel a bit better if I have some sort of regular activity.

By the time I went for my walk it was certainly warmed up and a beautiful sunny day. I was grateful for the break and fresh air.

I even got to see the geese again 🙂 they sure do grow up fast...
