Happy Friday Actifiters!
I made it through week 2 of my interval training running. It feels pretty good to be building a new routine and I feel like I'm starting to see some improvement in my stamina which is nice.

After work I coached Eliza's t-ball game which was a lot of fun. She's really improved this season and was throwing really well today!
