My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2022
Today we went to the artists' quarter - Montmartre. In it we visited the Sacre Cœur church. It is magnificent, full of tourists. By chance, we found an observation deck on the roof of a church. I couldn't resist the temptation to get up there. I climbed 292 stairs. The views were breathtaking. The Eiffel Tower and all of Paris could be seen. Also, it was pleasantly cool.
We looked at the magnificent Notre-Dame Cathedral from afar. Unfortunately, we were not allowed inside because it has not yet been rebuilt after the fire.
We also visited the oldest standing bridge over the Seine in Paris, whose name is... le Pont Neuf (The New Bridge).
