Howdy friends! a lovely day once again over here in the UK it’s very refreshing to be enjoying the sun finally, gets you more motivated to keep active!

I was once again a tad under my regular step goal for the day but that’s okay once again, I get pretty close but it’s closing in on midnight and I have to head off for the night soon so sadly no more moving about for me!

But progress is progress, cheers!
