Elsewhere 10Ks -- Actifit Report Card: April 18 + 19, 2025

So yeah, back to that cheese rave that started on Thuraday. You can see from my after midnight steps on Friday it was no joke. Plus the cheddar, gouda, and compte were to dance for... Ha!

Friday night, I ran it back with another show at Elsewhere. Again my steps were almost nonexistent, until midnight of course, with almost all of "yesterday's steps" coming before I went to sleep. Saturday, after I got up, was all about getting into that post vacation rhythm at school. I got grades and group ready for the last push before the state test so we can hit the ground running. No time to waste.

Talking about no time to waste, I recently got my yearly physical and I'm my heaviest weight ever. Granted my range fluctuates at most 15 pounds, but I'd much rather be down around 15 BMI than 25.

Time to get most serious with my actifit than just steps. The need to push and pull is here. I'm looking at some combinations of complex movement HIIT bodyweight calisthenics to get me to the promised land. And I got put those Ben & Jerry pints down for real. Until next time...
