Subtronics Day 1 -- Actifit Report Card: February 27, 2026

There's always something special in the air when you wake up on Rave Day. I finished the school week strong with a solid lesson based on the contextual clues that help students decide whether to use "number line" value or absolute value when comparing two like quantities. Warmer temperature or bigger temperature change? Bigger bank account or bigger debt? Don't even get me started on the US debt forcing us to arm to try and stay afloat. GROSS!!!

I edited a few articles for Moon Lvnding after finishing my Friday copies and then took a quick power nap before an evening up dubstep festivities. Young legend Subtronics hosts a 2day 9 to 5am event over at The Brooklyn Storehouse in The Navy Yard, one of my most disliked venues. Sure makes me yearn for the old days at The Brooklyn Mirage.

My dancing shoes were on with 5K+ steps in the 2 hours before midnight. I'm sure even more steps followed. Until next time...
