My Actifit Report Card: July 26 2022
Today, was a beautiful day to go out for a run! The sun was a bit intense but the beautiful green trees kept encouraging me to keep running. I had some difficulty sleeping so my energy was not at its finest, but gradually I got into a runner's flow.
My main objective as of this week is to reduce the time it takes me to run 5k. I intend to condition my body to run and/or walk bare minimum 5k three times a week.
