Inspiration is all around us.
Every day I try to live with purpose,and my inspiration comes from both the simple and meaningful moments—and from helping others without expecting anything in return.

I find deep meaning in helping people who can’t pay me back for what I give.Like becoming a craftsman like my father was—helping people finish their homes with skill and care,because real value isn’t measured in money.

Another source of inspiration for me is working with children through sport—teaching in a gym and exposing kids from villages who have never seen a big gym or proper equipment to physical games like jumping,shooting,sprinting,and basic basketball skills.It’s fulfilling to coach a student like Mark,who has never trained long jump before but has natural talent and long legs,and to take him to a regional athletics meet.

I also love teaching younger children the basics of basketball—fundamental techniques and teamwork.Even when they test my patience,I remember that they are still learning and growing.

In my family life,I teach my 5-year-old son how to hold a bow and arrow,to use a slingshot play with balls,and do basic gymnastic moves on the mat.I celebrate when both my children figure out how to do a forward roll on the bed—a small victory that fills me with pride.

I’m inspired by the big questions my children ask,questions that make me pause and think like an adult with no simple answer.I find calm and clarity when I stand by a waterfall and listen to the sound of the water,or when I watch the sunset by the sea and hear the rhythm of the waves.

I feel inspired in warm hugs shared in the best—and hardest —moments of life.True inspiration lies in small things,humility, and the actions that have no price tag—because the real things in life are always free,no matter how much people fail to understand that in this materialistic time.

I want to be inspired in the future by the things that I loved very much in my youth,music and singing and writing in nature,also sport,and I would be most inspired if I recognized more good people.
