What are HIIT workouts? It seems that working out intensely every day is every good for one's health!

@eatthebugs - most definitely. HIIT workouts are not as intensive as Cross Fit, but variations of it with less brutal impact to the body. It's based on science. We wear heart rate monitors during the workouts and there are zone parameters we work towards. The ultimate successful workout will get you in the after burn, where you are burning calories up 36 hours post workout. Pretty dope. I've been doing it for over 8 years. I'm going on 56 years old and feel 36. Well, there are days I feel 96, but that's for another post lmao.
