Wednesday, 17/05/2023. Tasked with Extinguishing Fires in Burnt Houses and Distributing Panic Relief to Victims.

Best wishes to you.
How are you friends today..?
See that question mark, I hope today will be a good start to achieve good fortune, which is better than the previous days.

I started today's activities from my residence, after breakfast I immediately took the children to their respective schools. I passed the trip around 07.15. WIB, sunny weather accompanies our trip this morning.

After taking the kids to school, I immediately stepped on the gas to take my wife to her office. Then I continued my journey to the Bireuen fire department, my goal was to go to the office to carry out today's service.

Arriving at the office, I immediately joined my colleagues who had arrived earlier for duty. Even some colleagues who were out of service were also present at the canteen to enjoy the breakfast menu, when I arrived at the canteen I immediately ordered a cup of coffee without sugar for this morning's complementary menu.

While enjoying several types of cakes served on the table, coffee morning activities were presented this morning. My colleagues and I discussed many things, one of which was about the development of information on the acceptance of prospective government employees with contract agreements or also known as P3K.

Apart from discussing this, we also discussed other things which in the end we joked with each other, so that the jokes caused thunderous laughter.

Finally, one by one the colleagues who left the service today were allowed to say goodbye to return to their respective homes, while my colleagues and I were still continuing our coffee morning activities in the office canteen. While continuing the conversation in the canteen, my colleagues and I were summoned by the team commander to hold a brief meeting.

It turned out that from the results of the meeting we were ordered to inspect the condition of the fire fleet, we were also ordered to inspect fire fighting equipment and tools. So far, there have been many fire incidents in Bireuen Regency, the number of fire incidents has continued to increase, ranging from land fires, houses to business premises.

After doing this task, my colleagues and I rested for a while while remaining fully alert in carrying out our duties as members of the fire department.

While on full alert, we suddenly received a report that there had been a house fire in Abuek Usong Village, Jeumpa Bireuen District. The accident occurred at around 11.10 WIB, with alacrity, fast and tough, we went straight to the scene of the incident.

Upon arrival at the scene, we immediately carried out the task of extinguishing the fire. Four fire units were deployed to the scene, moments later we managed to extinguish the fire so that the fire did not spread to other buildings adjacent to the burning house.

However, because the house was constructed of wood, the house was burnt to the ground. The house that was burned belonged to Mr. Abu Bakar Ali, who he lived with Manawiyah (wife) and two of his grandchildren, due to this incident, this elderly couple had to lose their place to live.

After putting out the fire, my colleagues and I also cleaned up the burnt debris of the building. We also carry out data collection, reporting and documentation. Finished with the task, my colleagues and I said goodbye to the community to return to the office.

Upon arrival at the office, my colleagues and I resumed our duties as members of the fire department. The task we carry out is to refill water into the tanks of the fire fleet, then we clean the equipment and firefighting equipment that has been used.

Finished with the task, my colleagues and I took a break immediately. While my colleagues were resting, I went straight to the bathroom to clean myself, then changed my clothes and headed to the office canteen to rest.

Around 13.30. WIB, I said goodbye to my colleagues for a moment to continue other activities. Since today's office hours are over, I immediately continue other activities for today. I went straight to the Bireuen Disaster Preparedness Taruna office, my goal was to go there to distribute aid to victims of the fire disaster in Abuek Usong Village, Jeumpa Bireuen District.

Upon arrival at the place several colleagues were seen to have arrived earlier, I immediately joined my colleagues. While waiting for the next order, my colleagues and I chatted briefly with various topics of stories.

Not long after, we immediately received an order from the chief coordinator. We immediately transported several items of goods to be distributed to the victims of the fire disaster, one item at a time m goods according to the list we transport to the rescue car until it's finished.

When several items of relief goods were fulfilled, we immediately headed to the village. We traveled for about fifteen minutes to the location, not long after that my colleagues and I finally arrived at our destination.

We went straight to the victim's house and met the victim and his family, accompanied by the local community and village officials, we took the time to chat for a while.

After the discussion was over, my colleagues and I immediately handed over panic relief aid to the victims. We distributed the assistance to the victims who were also accompanied by their families, village officials and local residents.

This assistance is a form of the Bireuen government's concern for disaster victims, we hope that the assistance we distribute can ease the burden on the victims and their families. Assistance is distributed in the form of food needs, clothing and other needs.

After completing this task, my colleagues and I immediately said goodbye to the victims to return to the Bireuen Disaster Preparedness Taruna office.

While my daytime activity is going to the garden, my goal is to go to the garden to measure the area of my plantation. Together with several friends and village officials, we measured my plantation area.

The plan is that after these measurements, I will build a guardrail so that my plantation area is safe from wild animals. The fence also serves as a barrier to land ownership between me and other residents who also have garden land next to my land, so as not to trigger conflict, I also invite land owners who are next to my land to measure the land.

Finished with the task, my colleagues and I immediately took a short break at a coffee shop. While enjoying a cup of coffee and typical Acehnese noodles, small talk took place between us. The topic of discussion this afternoon was, of course, getting to know oil palm plants and fruit that will soon enter the harvest period.

We also plan to carry out mutual cooperation activities in the plantation road area, we do this so that it is easier to transport the crops. After the conversation was over, my colleagues and I immediately returned to our respective homes.

Meanwhile, after the Asr prayer, I immediately returned to the fire department. My goal here was not to continue my duties, but to watch a football match. The inter-village matches held in the field next to the fire station were of course very entertaining, these matches were also in great demand by football fans.

Together with my firefighters, I watched a football match between hamlets, because it was close to the office, so we could watch it while on full alert while on duty. The match also brought laughter to the audience, this was because the old age players participated in the match.

Even though it only played for 2X25 minutes, it was quite entertaining for the audience. This inter-village match was not only of interest to adult men, even women attended the match. Mothers usually watch this match to give their support to their beloved husbands. The cheers of support from the mothers make the atmosphere as if they were at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Madrid.

After the match was over I immediately returned home to continue other activities, while my colleagues returned to continue their activities at the fire station.

Meanwhile, I have no activities to do at night, I just spend time hanging out with my family at home. I only accompany the children to do their school homework, accompany them to watch television and immediately rest in bed.

This is the journey of life that I went through on Wednesday, 17/05/2023, I hope my writing can benefit all of us. Sorry if there are words that are wrong in writing this, thank you.
