Actifit report for Wednesday
Yesterday I took more than 13k steps, the first time over 10k since I got a Fitbit. It vibrated and showed a disco ball, yay!
In order to find a place where I could feel at home, I walked to the dump (the recycling station). I had to throw away my bunt-out Christmas lights - which, to be fair, weren't designed for keeping them on for a year and a half.
Then I walked to the nearest drugstore that sells whey powder.
I started noticing where there are public benches. There were almost none in the other neighborhood (Hoograven) and more than enough in part of our neighborhood (Lunetten).
Someone took a bite out of this one.
This morning I noticed I didn't lose or gain an ounce of weight.
I don't like low-intensity exercise, it takes hours and doesn't do anything. But I can't risk breathing too hard again. I could only do this because I didn't have to work today. It's mentally exhausting to come across so many random people in the city.
I came across a part of the local park where I haven't been since I moved here. The field next to this one is a dog park, which I prefer to avoid.
It looks like my photos were accidentally low-res. I want a camera app that doesn't have options I can select by holding my phone awkwardly.
The fortications, used by a scouting group these days, were looking fine in the setting sun.
But I also noticed a warning message: "The crisis is now! Climate rebellion".
