I walked around a few blocks before it started to snow or rain again.

Here's a photo from a few weeks ago: the pedestrian/cyclist bridge named after track sprint champion Daphne Schippers (twice world champion on the 200m). Sports heroes and royalty are the only living people who get streets named after them here in Utrecht.

There's a 100m track on the bridge deck. On the other side, the approach is built on top of a primary school, after locals complained a busy bike track would be dangerous for kids walking to school.
