My Actifit Report Card: March 19 2023
Yesterday I wandered around a bit, and went to Lidl on my bike for groceries. Besides cheap food, they always have some specialties, mostly from German-speaking countries, and this one looked interesting:
Apparently, Linzer törtchen are a miniature version of Linzer Torte, named after the city of Linz in Austria. There's hazelnut in the flour, which makes it taste better than it looks.
I also got some cumin-flavored cheese, which I used to hate when I was a kid. Now I learned to appreciate the grungy taste, by making my own curry mix for potato and rice dishes.
I lost weight despite eating various sweets, since I skipped dinner but did have some vegetables.
