Another heatwave
There's a heatwave in the Netherlands again, although less severe than in the Mediterranean and shorter than earlier this summer.
Still, a Hungarian trucker decided to jump into the water from the 9m high Moerdijk bridge today. He triggered a rescue operation because it looked like a suicide, but he just wanted to cool off and wasn't injured.
Today I went out in the morning, which was fine because it was windy. But we're logging yesterday here, when I went cycling at a relaxed pace after sundown, just to cool off.
In general, it was too hot to sit still. I also made photos of T-shirts I'd like to sell. This one is a little too edgy for a 54-year-old intellectual and entrepreneur:
