Pulling my weight
I'm finally ready to put my life on a more regular schedule. I joined a powerlifting lesson in the gym for the second time, and I'll keep doing that every Saturday, unless I need to work.
This time, we practiced our deadlift and squat technique. No PRs there, but after the lesson, I did pull more than my body weight on the lat pulldown (94kg using the triceps, 114kg using the biceps). This means I should be able to do chinups and maybe pullups next time.
Random photo: earlier this week, I pulled down the triangular tarp I use as a sun shade. While it's still nice summer weather, I don't expect another heatwave.
