My Actifit Report Card: December 9 2021

Today I went to the gym!

A friend actually came around and suggested we go. And since it's been ages since I last visited the gym, I decided for it.

It seemed like a lot of hard work for me and it wasn't fun at all. I gave up quickly during the press up section but I was okay with the jogging and running.

I got home so tired and I slept off after a cold bath.

I'm enjoying my leave honestly and it's turning out to be great fun.
