Mi reporte de Actifict: enero 19 2024 - #SWC
¡Hola! Comunidad de actifit el día de hoy les traigo un reporte nuevo para mi blog en donde les muestro nuevamente lo que ha sido mi entrenamiento y como me siento al respecto 😁.
Primero empezamos con algunos ejercicios para front lever el cual es un estático que quiero conseguir para este año, ya que es uno de mis favoritos y que hasta ahora no lo he practicado mucho, pero me prometo a mí mismo que lo voy a retomar 💪🔥.
Luego de tocar el Front lever fuimos con algunos ejercicios para el hombro más que todo enfocado en las tucks para y puliendome en esa parte, ya que este año quieto conseguir esa stradell 🙏🏼.
Sin mucho más que decir ese fue mi día de entrenamiento. Espero que les haya gustado y nos vemos en otro reporte para la próxima 💪❤.
Hi! actifit community today I bring you a new report for my blog where I show you again what has been my training and how I feel about it 😁.
First we started with some exercises for front lever which is a static that I want to get for this year, since it is one of my favorites and that so far I haven't practiced it much, but I promise myself that I will take it up again 💪🔥.
After touching on the Front lever we went with some shoulder exercises mostly focused on the tucks for and polishing myself on that part, since this year I stillo get that stradell 🙏🏼.
