My Actifit Report Card: September 29 2025
Hello, everyone! I am @eilylopez and I am Cuban. I live in Havana and I am 34 years old. Today, after almost three years of inactivity, I started exercising again. I used to do it quite often, but I spent my pregnancy without training and then the first two years of my baby's life. During this period, I obviously gained weight, and my body, which was used to exercising frequently, started to hurt quite a bit, so I decided today to start training again.
Right now, in addition to my baby, my grandmother is in very poor health and is bedridden, so someone has to take care of her. In this case, so that my mother can go to work, I have to do it. For this reason, the training sessions I am going to start doing will be at home until my grandmother's health improves and I can go to the gym.
I started with a Tae Bo routine. I have been doing these for quite some time, following videos on the internet. During the pandemic, all the gyms in Cuba closed, and this option of following routines at home was one of my best choices. Today's routine lasted 45 minutes. After finishing this routine, I did some exercises to work my glutes. And since the goal is not only to exercise but also to stay active, I continued my day doing household chores such as cleaning the house, doing the laundry, and other tasks.
