My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2022
Happy Sunday everyone!
We don't have meeting today. That's why we got up later than the usual. When I came out of the room, I saw my sister-in-law exercising. So, I was motivated to do stretching before doing my daily activities.
I have no plan to leave the roof today, but I received a message from my nephew that the package sent by my sister-in-law (my brother's wife) has arrived. So I went home for a while. It's exhausting but at the same time exciting to sort out things . We're grateful for all the blessings we received.
When I checked my count this afternoon, I only accumulated 3k. My sister-in-law and I decided to walk around. Our two nephews joined the trail. We walked for more than 30 minutes. We were chatting/ playing a game called name something that starts with letter A-Z. We didn’t notice the time because we were having fun. I feel like I'm still young everytime I'm with the kids.
This evening after supper, I walked for another 20 minutes to reach my maximum goal.
