My Actifit Report Card: July 5 2022

Hello everyone!

I went back to our family house today. No improvement with my condition. Instead, I felt pain again and spasms in different parts of my arm. I don't know what went wrong even though the management is consistent. So, I've decided to seek medical help. I'm going to the hospital tomorrow. I feel so depressed with everything that's going on. I tried to divert my attention and convinced myself that everything is fine.
