My Actifit Report Card: October 3 2022
I'm a homebody today and I think I'm not used to this anymore. I've always been busy the past few days. I don't want to succumb to the couch's call. Good thing I'm counting my steps daily. It motivates me. Cleaning our room keeps me upright and on the move today. I also did some simple stretches that I watched in videos. I'm having muscle spasms and migraine so I'm looking for exercises that can be done to ease the pain.
