My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2022
Hello everyone!
It's a rainy day. A typhoon is currently crossing and battering our country. My husband and I woke up late. It's market day today so we just had a quick breakfast before going to town. We first went to the grocery store then to the wet market. There are items that are not available in town so we also went to the grocery store near home.
It was tiring so we had lunch soon as we got home. We had this ice cream for dessert. It is our definition of happiness.
However, the joy immediately turned to sadness when I received a bad news from my older brother who's on the other side of the world. The month has not ended, yet we are facing another challenge. We're hopeful that this too will pass.
When I get stressed or worried like this, other than praying, I keep myself busy. I cleaned and put away some of the things we bought. I also swept the floor.
