My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2023

Hello everyone!

I had an exam and interview so I was anxiously preparing everything in the morning. While on my way to the building, my heart was pounding. I don't have the medication for my palpitations because it has been out of stock in pharmacies for quite a long time. Nevertheless, I survived the nerve-wracking exam and interview.

Afterwards, I visited the newly opened coffee shop. I bought a cake and went to my co-sister-in-law. I stayed in her clinic for more than 2 hours. Thereafter, I went to a grocery store. But it was just a quick shopping trip because suddenly I was not feeling well. I was having an anxiety attack. It got worse when I found out my husband had an accident. I hurriedly grabbed our bags. My brother-in-law came and fetched us. My co-sister-in-law checked him and advised what needs to be done. We went to the nearby hospital.

Despite what happened, we are still thankful that he did not sustain serious injuries.
