My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2023

Hello everyone!

I thought my migraine was over and I could leave the house yesterday. It came back and I felt a little dizzy again. I was not able to support our FS. My acid reflux was triggered and I slept on Semi Fowler's position last Wednesday night so the alignment of my spinal cord was not good. I think it's the cause. I just stayed at home all day.
