Hello everyone!.
Another hot Tuesday at the clinic. There's no AC in my area so sometimes I prefer to walk around or go in the nursery or kindergarten room when there are no patients. Quite a lot came in the morning and most of them complained of stomach pain and headache. I wonder why kids nowadays experience these kinds of illnesses. I started suffering from these diseases when I turned 30. Maybe because of their lifestyle and the food that they eat often. Every day, I see children who prefer to eat unhealthy food such as fried and street foods, chips and curls, instant noodles, etc. They also go for sugary beverages instead of water.
