My Actifit Report Card: November 15 2023

Hello everyone!

Back to work after weekend and holiday. I had a hangover from our jaunt last Monday that I forgot a lot of stuff including the bed cover that I washed. Good thing few patients went to the clinic and they didn't have to lie in bed. I walk around the school as my exercise. The surroundings suddenly became quiet. No more practice because the sports fest is finally over.
