My Actifit Report Card: February 112024
Hello everyone!
I didn't realize that I have neglected submitting my activity reports for a few days. Aside from being busy, my migraine robbed 1 week of my life. Every night, at the end of the day, I just wanted to lay my head down and be relieved from throbbing pain.
Anyway, we didn't have meetings yesterday because we already attended an important event last Saturday. It's supposed to be a rest day but I'm not a fainéant person. And I can't rest when our room or family house is messy so I cleaned up while my husband was doing the laundry.
In the evening, I happened to consume a lot of food. So after 30 minutes, I decided to walk. The parking area and our street served as my track field. I felt good.
