My Actifit Report Card: November 3 2025

Yesterday, I performed a variety of nursing duties to ensure the health and well-being of the students and staff. I conducted routine health assessments for students who reported to the clinic with various concerns, such as headaches, stomachaches, and minor injuries. Immediate first aid interventions were provided as needed, and students’ conditions were closely monitored before returning them to class or referring them for further medical attention.

In addition, I carried out health education activities, reminding students about proper hygiene, hydration, and other preventive health measures. I also maintained accurate health records and updated students’ medical files to ensure proper documentation of all clinic visits and treatments rendered. Coordination with parents and teachers was done for students who required follow-up care or monitoring, ensuring continuous support for their health needs.

Overall, the day’s activities contributed to maintaining a safe and healthy school environment and promoting wellness among the student population.

After work, I went to a mall and bought some presents for my niece.
