A simple and quiet day, but still active in my own way. I logged 5,173 steps, mostly from doing household chores. I spent time cleaning the room and tidying the cabinet, moving back and forth while organizing things.

Not much outdoor activity today, but staying productive at home still kept me moving. Every step counts, even on slow days.
