Yesterday was a whirlwind of movement and connection! I started early at the School Fun Run, where the morning energy and Family Day festivities helped me crush my step goals before noon. It was a fantastic way to combine fitness with community spirit.

​After finishing work, I headed to my Aunt’s place for a lovely family dinner. It was the perfect way to refuel and wind down after such an active day. Balancing a school event, work, and family time made for a rewarding, high-step Saturday!
