Yesterday was a whirlwind of errands and celebration! I started with a trip to the bank and a refreshing pedicure—prep for the big event. Then, it was wedding time!

I didn’t just watch; I was right in the action. My friends and I hit the floor for a rehearsed dance performance. I stayed active by joining some wedding game, racking up steps while having a blast. It’s the best kind of fitness: the kind that happens while you’re making memories. My feet are tired, but my heart and step-count are full.
