My Actifit Report Card: August 26 2019
I went to a park today and had the fountain going. So a few Turtles swimming around I didn't have any food with me but they came up and they wanted to say hi or wanted to be fed one of the two I imagine it is a ladder anyway just continuing my habit of getting exercise in to fulfill the requirements of the active fit app. If walking makes you healthier then I should be having an impact on my health. Once again I talked to 10,000 step threshold.
