Toddler energy burning was so needed πŸ”₯

Hello ActiPeeps!

Finally some sunlight after a long and heavy rainy Monday and a bit today in the morning!
Was time for some toddler energy burning! And some steps!

With hubby on a day off, he cooked some yummy lunch! David even helped to make the meatballs πŸ˜‚πŸ˜

In the afternoon we went outside for some Vitamin D!

One recipe I tried on YAZIO was carrot muffins for breakfast! Even though I didn't have some ingredients, managed to improvise, and wasn't bad at all! But today I bought some of the ingredients and I'll make more tomorrow! They fill you up and fewer calories! Points for Momma! I'll take a picture next time and share the recipe if you want!

Comparing to the last weight in I lost 1kg! So far so good though maybe was too quick for a couple of days, probably some water weight from my fluid retention! Or my calorie deficit, need to work on that too! Intermittent fasting also helps a lot especially after a certain fasting time it will start to use my fat as energy fuel to burn!


Is not easy when you have some triggers around, like bread and cookies! But trying to hide them inside a cupboard or so...out of sight out of mind they say!

Actifit only counted 8K but I have a step-counting watch and it's also connected to the YAZIO app hence the difference!
