Week 1 done, 2kg gone! Hope they stay gone, because social distancing and all 🤣

Weight in time!
Even though there's an extra day this week because my last weight in was on Sunday, I want to start to weight consistently on Mondays.
Saved the two image data that my scale provides me for comparison:
With an extra push on myself in exercise a bit every day plus fasting, even though I'm not following a diet just eating as normal (meaning sometimes a bit junky lol), I lost quite a lot in a week!
Some numbers moved as well on the scale data, which I'm pretty proud of! Yay!!
Will see how it goes this week!
Speaking of the new week, I decided to push a bit more! I'm following a Youtuber that I resonate a lot because she's on a journey to lose 100 pounds and she's more and less at the same weight as me. Prolly a bit less since she's doing this longer than me. She tests different diets and exercises to see what works best for her and her latest vlog is about another Youtuber that shares a 7 day challenge 7-minute workout that it's supposed to lose 1 to 2 inches - 2,5cm to 5cm. She tested out and she really lost 1inch which is pretty cool! For 7 minutes a day?? I'm in! Already did my first today and to be honest, was a bit rough lol but felt really good even so!

I indulged a lot on breakfast with bread (as per usual) but I compensated with some remaining crustless quiche with iceberg lettuce, yum! Iceberg lettuce is like healthy chips because of its crunchiness ahaha
Water intake is still a struggle. I do like water but I forget to drink more! Need to work on that this week!
With David back to kindergarten I will get more Actisteps in so if I have another week like this one, heck yeah!!
